I became an Agent in 1994 and worked for American Heritage Realty which was a family Agency. I was with Realty Executives for eleven years and enjoyed a great work experience. I have worked with a few other agencies in the Kingsport area and in the Johnson City Area but did not feel that they were a good fit for me. I came to the Brokers Real Estate and Auction in 2015 and have enjoyed a good work experience with an atmosphere of the Broker and other agents willing to help each other.
Before my Real Estate Career, I owned my own Antique and fine jewelry business in Kingsport, known as "Katie's Kollectibles". After closing, I worked a short time for Baker's Jewelry.
I have five children, three grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. In addition, I have been honored to have six step grandchildren. I was married to Bert Smith, III for 28 years, now deceased and have been married to Doug White going on 19 years. We reside in the Boones Creek area of Johnson City.
